Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of veritronixs.com and the VeriAI Studio software (the "Service"), provided by Veritronixs Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us"), 7th Floor, Thiru Vi Ka Industrial Estate, SIDCO Industrial Estate, Guindy, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600032, India. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

  • You must give accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Accounts are personal. Sharing logins or reselling access is not allowed; institutional access is available through an academic license.
  • If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent, guardian or your institution.

2. Plans, trial and payment

  • New accounts receive a one-time free trial of 7 days. The trial is limited to one per person and one per computer. It covers the Learning Tools and Simulation & Deployment labs with 1 new project and one file upload a day; reports, presentations, PDFs, papers, code generation, add-on packages and Digital Twins are not included. No payment details are needed for the trial.
  • Paid plans are prepaid for the period you choose (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and do not renew automatically. We email reminders before your plan ends.
  • Prices are shown in INR and exclude GST, which is added at checkout at the applicable rate (currently 18%). We may change prices for future purchases; this does not affect periods you have already paid for.
  • Card and bank details are handled by the payment gateways. We do not see or store them.

3. Software licence

  • Each paid period or trial gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to install and use the VeriAI Studio software on one computer at a time. You can move it to another computer by confirming a code sent to your email. See the Licence Agreement.
  • The software needs to connect to the internet to activate, and at least once every 7 days to confirm your plan. Labs stop unlocking when your paid period ends.
  • You can sign a computer out from your dashboard and activate another one.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: copy, redistribute, resell, share licence keys for, or reverse-engineer the software; try to bypass plan restrictions or access controls; probe, scan or test the Service for vulnerabilities without our written permission; upload unlawful content or data you have no right to use; or interfere with the Service or other users.

5. Your content

Datasets, code and reports you create remain yours. You give us only the limited permission needed to run the Service for you. The labs run in the software on your own computer.

6. Intellectual property

The labs, website, brand and content are owned by Veritronixs Technologies Private Limited. Your plan gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them while your access is active. Code and reports you export may be used in your own coursework, projects and publications.

Copyright notice. VeriAI Studio, including VeriAI Studio Prime, is software protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India). An application for registration of the software has been filed with the Copyright Office, Government of India (Diary No. SW-48247/2026-CO, filed 10 October 2026). Copying, redistributing, reselling, reverse engineering or decompiling the software, or removing its licence checks, is not permitted and may lead to legal action.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may improve, change or retire features. If we discontinue a lab included in your plan, we will offer a pro-rata refund or credit.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is for education and research. Outputs (models, controllers, code, reports) must be independently verified before use in real systems. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
