Refund Policy

We want you to try VeriAI Studio before you pay, so every new account starts with a free trial of the software, with no card required.

Refund window: 30 minutes

  • Within 30 minutes of purchase: if you're not satisfied, ask for a full refund within 30 minutes of your payment. We refund the full amount, and it reaches you within 7 days of your payment.
  • After 30 minutes: payments are non-refundable. This applies to new purchases, renewals, upgrades and add-on packages. Your access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
  • The 30 minutes are counted from the payment time shown on your receipt.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged twice, or money was deducted but your plan didn't activate, contact us with your order ID. We will activate the plan or refund the extra charge in full.

How to request

Within 30 minutes of your payment, email service@veritronixs.com from your account email with your receipt number. The time we receive your email counts as the time of your request. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 days of your payment. When the refund is made, your plan and licence end.

Institutional licences

Campus and department licences follow the refund terms in the signed licence agreement.
