VeriAI Studio End-User Licence Agreement

This agreement is between you and Veritronixs Technologies Private Limited ("Veritronixs"). It applies when you install or use VeriAI Studio (the "Software"). The Terms of Service also apply.
1. Licence
- While your trial or paid period is active, Veritronixs Technologies gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software for the modules included in your plan (Learner, Professional or Prime).
- Each licence may be active on one computer at a time. You may move it to another computer by confirming a one-time code sent to your registered email; the previous computer is then signed out. Moves are limited to 3 in any 30 days.
- The free trial lasts 7 days, once per person and once per computer. It covers the Learning Tools and Simulation & Deployment labs with 1 new project and one file upload a day. Reports, presentations, PDFs, papers, code generation, add-on packages and Digital Twins are not available during the trial.
- The licence is for one person. Organisations need one licence per user, or an academic / campus licence.
2. Activation and checks
- The Software needs an internet connection to activate, and at least once every 7 days to confirm your plan. Between checks, the modules in your plan work offline.
- When your period ends, or if your licence is revoked, the modules lock at the next check, and in any case within 7 days.
- Activation sends us your licence key, a device identifier (stored only as a one-way hash), the computer name, operating system and software version, and a public key generated by the software. See the Privacy Policy.
3. Restrictions
You may not: share your licence key or account; copy, sell, rent or sublicense the Software; remove or bypass licence checks, watermarks or plan restrictions; decompile, disassemble or reverse-engineer the Software except where the law expressly allows it; or use it to build a competing product.
4. Your work
Code, reports, figures, models and other outputs you create with the Software belong to you. You may use them in coursework, research, publications and commercial projects. Outputs from the Learner plan may carry a watermark.
5. Updates
We may release updates that fix problems, improve security or add features. Some updates may be required for the Software to keep working with the licence server.
6. Ownership
The Software, including its algorithms, interface and documentation, is owned by Veritronixs Technologies and its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. VeriAI Studio is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India); an application for its registration has been filed with the Copyright Office, Government of India (Diary No. SW-48247/2026-CO, filed 10 October 2026). Apart from the licence above, no rights are granted.
7. No warranty for critical use
The Software is intended for education, research and prototyping. Results, generated code and controllers must be checked independently before use in real equipment, safety-related systems or production. The Software is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Veritronixs Technologies' total liability under this agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the Software in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
This licence ends when your paid period or trial ends, if you delete your account, or if you breach this agreement. Sections 4, 6, 7 and 8 continue after it ends.
10. Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
